  • Orders are dispatched from Sydney to metro and regional areas in NSW, ACT, VIC, QLD, and SA. Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to NT, TAS, and WA due to interstate biosecurity restrictions.
  • Delivery is via AusPost Express Service: Metro Areas: 1–2 business days; Regional & Rural Areas: 2–5 business days. Weekend delivery is not available.
  • We can deliver your order in bulk to a single location or to individual addresses, including home, business and event addresses.
  • Tracking links will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
  • If the delivery is unclaimed at the delivery location, your parcel will be taken to the nearest post office for collection, and we will notify you if this occurs.
  • In the unlikely event that your order is damaged during transit, we will gladly provide a free replacement.

There is no minimum order quantity for our succulent wedding/event gift range.

Our turnaround time is about 3-7 days for small order quantities. While we prefer at
least 2 weeks’ notice, we can accommodate urgent orders.

All succulent and indoor plant gifts are available for delivery to NSW, VIC, QLD, SA, and ACT.

Due to biosecurity laws, we cannot ship live plants to WA, TAS, or NT.

Large orders (100 units or more) will receive a discount. Please contact us for a quote.

Our plant gift range is thoughtfully designed and carefully packaged to ensure you receive perfectly potted plants, ready for gifting.

Our succulent gifts can stay inside its packaging for up to 1 week. Upon receiving your order, simply store them in a cool, shaded spot away from direct sunlight. No care is needed during this time, and the plants will look just as fresh on your event day.
