Refund policy

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your items arrive damaged or in unacceptable condition, we offer a free exchange or a full refund if you contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

To be eligible, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it. Photos are required as proof.

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at contact@earthandgreen.com.au with photos to show the damaged or faulty items.

We will email you an AusPost shipping label with the return address.

You do not need to pay for return shipping if your items are damaged or faulty.

Once we receive the returned item, a refund or an exchange will be issued within 7 business days.

Change Of Mind  

If you have changed your mind, we offer refunds if you contact us within 7 days of receiving your order (personalized items excluded).

Customers are responsible for return postage costs of $15 per return.

Purchased items must be returned to us in their original condition before a refund can be issued.

To initiate a change-of-mind refund, please email us at contact@earthandgreen.com.au with your order number.

We will email you an AusPost shipping label with the return address.

Once we receive the returned item, a refund—minus the $15 return shipping fee—will be issued within 7 business days.

Please note that delivery and gift wrapping costs are non-refundable for change of mind returns.
