  • All orders are dispatched from our Sydney HQ within 1 business day, unless you wish to postpone it.
  • All orders are delivered via Australia Post: 1–3 business days to capital cities and metro areas; 2–7 business days to regional and rural areas. For an estimated delivery time frame based on delivery postcode, please click here.
  • If you have a preferred delivery date, we’ll do our best to accommodate it. But delivery on a specific date cannot be guaranteed and depends on: (1) When your order is placed; (2) The delivery location; (3) Whether you choose Standard or Express Shipping at checkout.
