Sizes:

  • Plant pot size: (Diameter 8cm; Height 8cm) - The pot does not have a drainage hole.
  • Gift box size: 10cm (L) x 10cm (W) x 16cm (H).
  • Orders typically take 1–3 weeks to produce, depending on the quantity and branding requirements.
  • Early notice is highly appreciated.
  • Urgent orders can be accommodated. Please contact us first.
  • Orders are dispatched from Sydney to metro and regional areas in NSW, ACT, VIC, QLD, and SA. Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to NT, TAS, and WA due to interstate biosecurity restrictions.
  • Delivery is via AusPost Express Service: Metro Areas: 1–2 business days; Regional & Rural Areas: 2–5 business days. Weekend delivery is not available.
  • We can deliver your order in bulk to a single location or to individual addresses, including home, business and event addresses.
  • Tracking links can be provided once your order has been dispatched.
  • If the delivery is unclaimed at the delivery location, your parcel will be taken to the nearest post office for collection, and we will notify you if this occurs.
  • In the unlikely event that your order is damaged during transit, we will gladly provide a free replacement.

    If your order is being sent to individual addresses, we will email you with an address list to complete.

There is no minimum order quantity for any of our corporate gift ranges.

Our turnaround time ranges between 1–3 weeks, depending on the order quantity. While we prefer at least 2 weeks’ notice, we can accommodate urgent orders.

All succulent and indoor plant gifts are available for delivery to NSW, VIC, QLD, SA, and ACT.

Due to biosecurity laws, we cannot ship live plants to WA, TAS, or NT.

Yes, we can ship corporate gifts directly to individual addresses in NSW, ACT, VIC, SA and QLD.

Large orders (100 units or more) will receive a discount. Please contact us for a quote.

Our gift box is thoughtfully designed and carefully packaged to ensure the gift recipients receive a perfectly potted plant gift, ready to enjoy straight out of the box.

Our succulent and indoor plants can stay inside the gift boxes for up to 1 week. Upon receiving your order, simply store them in a cool, shaded spot away from direct sunlight. No care is needed during this time, and the plants will look just as fresh when taken out of the box on your event day.

Yes, absolutely! Simply contact us and share your plan. After your first order, we will set up a custom ordering page for your brand, so you can order anytime, for both individual and bulk corporate gifting, and no minimum quantity required.
